At a recent meeting, Merrill Glustrom and Jim Rudosky reported on yet another Preserve Planet Earth project, this one being to plan and carry out a symposium at the upcoming District 5450 Conference. Consider attending the 9:30 to 3:30 symposium on Friday, April 28th at the Cheyenne Mtn. Resort. Registration includes lunch, and you must register by April 24th.
This is your opportunity to:
  • See presentations on successful environmental sustainability projects from other 5450 clubs.
  • Develop your club’s next amazing environmental sustainability project. This is an a-political project-oriented symposium to help clubs take action to advance environmental initiatives.
  • Receive off-the-shelf projects that are “shovel ready” and can be implemented by your club.
  • Be one of 3 clubs to win $250 to jump-start your next environmental sustainability project.
  • Find out how to partner with other non-profits to exponentially expand the impact of your environmental sustainability project.
  • Learn how your Rotary club can be a District, National and International leader in sustainability.
  • Receive a database of prospective NGO partners, including contacts & other resources to assist your club in its next environmental sustainability project
