Zoom Security

BRC upgraded security of the Zoom platform by adding a password to access the BRC Zoom platform. For attending meetings, use the link in the RiB or the invitation sent to members by email. (Please update your email with Vanessa@boulderrotary.org if you are not receiving the email invitation.) If you wish to invite a guest, please forward the invitation to your guest.

For committee chairs hosting a meeting, please:

1. When scheduling a meeting, leave the password requirement ON.
2. Do NOT change the password, as this will change the password for everyone else’s meetings.
3. Participants – use the link to avoid entering the password.
4. Participants who phone-in are also required to use password.
5. When scheduling, be sure to check the other scheduled meetings to avoid conflicts or overlaps.
6. When scheduling, please enter identifying information in the calendar, such as the committee name and contact person, in case the administration has to contact someone about the meeting, e.g. to resolve a conflict or reschedule.

If you have questions about hosting a meeting, please contact Fred Hull, 303-442-7197 or fredh7@gmail.com.
